As project leader, I was in charge of restructuring and rebranding the group of companies that became Core Property Services, including their four distinct divisions and Ground Floor Properties.

Over the course of the project, I also conducted extensive user research to ensure that staff cultures would dovetail with the new branding.

The challenge was that a parent company acquired four service divisions that were previously separate companies.
